CONDITIONS for Online Purchases
• The purchaser must ensure he selected the correct application and modules for his requirement. Model Maker Systems will not exchange or take back any products purchased incorrectly.
• Each software package is sold as a single workstation protected by a SoftLock (SL) security key. The SL key will be managed via the internet and must be registered on the Model Maker Systems database via the internet.
• The SL key can be authorized and un-authorized to work on a specific computer. The user email address and company account number is part of the authorization. Model Maker Systems will not do any of these actions on behalf of a user remotely.
• Once in any 30 day period an internet connection must be available for confirmation of the SL key status.
• Model Maker Systems must be notified in writing when a computer on which a SL key is authorized is stolen. A new key will be issued at no cost and the old key will be de-activated on the MMS database.

WARRANTIES
• The purchase may be cancelled within seven days of invoice date. A written request and reason for cancellation must be submitted to sales@modelmaker.co.za. A 10% admin fee will be deducted from the purchase value.
• Free telephone support will be provided for the first 60 days after which a upgrade & support plan may be entered into.

DELIVERY
Software must be downloaded from the website www.modelmaker.co.za.
