We provide scheduled training sessions at our Centurion offices for up to 16 learners at a time. Want us to come to you? No problem. We also offer on-site training on request and our agents even provide training in Durban, Cape Town, Orlando (USA) and Harare (Zimbabwe).

Cost

  • Scheduled training in a group session with other users, is done at a cost of     R 1,600.00 per person per day. (Minimum 6 students)
  • On site training is available per quotation. A venue with a computer for each attendee must be provided.

Training Courses

1 Day Beginners to Model Maker

Instruction is given on the basic concepts of MODEL MAKER regarding data management, terrain modeling, CAD basics and earthworks volume calculation.
A minimum of two months experience with the Model Maker package is recommended.

2 Day Intermediate Model Maker Course

A Model Maker session that looks at modules 1 to 6 and 11 of the package and any specific user requests. Learners are encouraged to bring questions and example data.
To take place no less than 6 months after the beginners session.

1 Day Road Maker Course

All aspects of road design definitions, volumes calculations and reporting.
To take place no less than 6 months after the Model Maker introduction session.

2 Day Survey Maker Course

All the basic functions plus extensive cadastral and sectional diagram functions.

One-One training : On-site with user or at MMS offices

Training specific to the user’s needs for the application of the software purchased. It can typically be specialized training in a specific field of application, eg. Mine Rehabilitation, Powerline design, Irrigation, Road design, CAD, Sewer/Stormwater Pipe design, etc.
