Subscription
Access for as long as you need it, cancel at any time. Nothing accrues towards ownership. Useful for a single project or a short contract.
The Upgrade & Support Plan
9% of the licence value a year. It covers new versions as they are released, and direct support from the people who wrote the software. The first year is included with every purchase. It is not compulsory afterwards, but software that is kept current is considerably cheaper to run than software that has to be caught up later.
